Phase 1

This study is for people with Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (MPNs). MPNs are a group of diseases where bone marrow makes too many blood cells. The study tests a new drug, INCA036978, to see if it's safe and works well alone or with another treatment.

To join, you should have more than 6 months to live, and be ready for a bone marrow test. You should have MPN types like MF (Myelofibrosis), PV (Polycythemia Vera), or ET (Essential Thrombocythemia). You can’t join if you had another blood cancer or major health issues in the past few years.

  • Study requires bone marrow biopsies.
  • No other cancer treatments are allowed during the study.
  • Participants need to be free of certain infections like Hepatitis or HIV.

Before joining, consider the risks and requirements. The study will help find a safe dose and see how well the treatment works. Always talk to your doctor before making a decision.
