Phase 2

This study tests a medicine called MORF-057 for adults with Crohn's Disease (CD), which is when your intestines get swollen and hurt a lot. The study has two parts: a 14-week Induction Period where you might get MORF-057 or a placebo (a fake pill), and then a 38-week Maintenance Period where everyone gets MORF-057. After 52 weeks, you can continue for another year if you want. A placebo is a pill that looks like the real medicine but doesn't contain any medicine. This study is double-blind, meaning neither you nor the doctors will know if you're getting the real medicine or the placebo during the induction period.

  • Duration: The study lasts for up to 104 weeks (2 years).
  • Visits: You need to attend regular visits for check-ups and tests.
  • Eligibility: Must have moderate to severe CD and meet specific health criteria.
