Phase 3
**Study Summary** This study is looking at how well a treatment called **AURN001** works for adults with a condition called *corneal edema*. This condition causes swelling in the eye's cornea because the cornea's cells (endothelial cells) are not working correctly. The study will compare a single injection of AURN001 to a placebo, which is a treatment with no active medicine, to see if AURN001 helps improve the condition without causing harm. **Key Points for Participants:** - **Duration and Visits:** Participants will receive just one injection but must be available for follow-up visits to track progress and safety. - **Eligibility:** You must have corneal edema requiring surgery, have certain vision measurements (BCVA 20/50 to 20/800), and be pseudophakic (having an artificial lens in the eye). - **Exclusions:** You cannot join if you have other serious eye issues or diseases that affect vision. This study aims to help people with corneal edema by trying to improve their vision and reduce the need for surgery. Participants should be committed to attending follow-up appointments and meet specific health criteria to join.
