Prospective Non-Interventional Study Comparing Osimertinib +/- Chemotherapy for EGFR-Mutated NSCLC Patients

We are studying treatments for EGFR-mutated lung cancer.

Phase N/A

This study looks at how well treatments work for people with a type of lung cancer called **Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)**. It focuses on those with a specific change in their cancer called an **EGFR mutation**. The study is "non-interventional," meaning doctors won't change your treatment for the study. Instead, they will collect information about your regular treatment with a drug called **osimertinib**, with or without additional **chemotherapy**. The study aims to see how safe and effective these treatments are in real-life settings.

The study includes up to 538 participants and compares outcomes for those taking osimertinib alone or with chemotherapy. Your doctor will decide your treatment plan. You will have regular check-ups and tests as part of your usual care. This study helps doctors understand how well these treatments work outside of a controlled clinical trial.

  • Length: The study includes 250 participants per group, tracking regular treatment.
  • Visits: Regular check-ups and tests as determined by your doctor.
  • Eligibility: Must have NSCLC with specific EGFR mutation and be 18 or older.
