Phase 1

This study tests a new drug called **BAL0891** in people with serious cancers. It's a **Phase 1 study**, which means it's the first time this drug is being tested in people to see if it's safe and what the best dose might be. **Advanced solid tumors** are cancers that have spread and don't have a cure, while **acute myeloid leukemia (AML)** is a type of blood cancer that can come back or not respond to treatments.

Participants will get the drug through an **IV (intravenous)**, which means it's given directly into their blood. They may get the drug alone or with other medicines like **tislelizumab** or **paclitaxel**, which are types of cancer treatments. The study will help doctors understand how the drug works and if it could help fight cancer.

  • **Study Length**: Patients will receive treatments every 3 weeks.
  • **Visits Required**: Regular hospital visits for IV treatment and check-ups.
  • **Eligibility**: Must be adults with specific types of cancer and other health criteria.
