Phase 1/2
This study is looking at a new treatment called **intravesical Recombinant Mycobacterium Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG)** for people with a type of bladder cancer called **Non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC)**. This cancer affects the bladder lining but hasn't spread to muscles. People in the study have not had a similar BCG treatment before. The study will test this new treatment on those with specific tumor types and stages. Key points to consider: - **Open-label Study**: This means participants and researchers know the treatment being given. - **Eligibility**: Participants must be 18 years or older and meet specific health criteria. - **Risks and Conditions**: People with serious heart problems, infections, or specific health conditions may not participate. Participants will need to agree to follow study procedures and should discuss potential benefits and risks with their healthcare provider. The study aims to find out if this new treatment can help people with this specific type of bladder cancer. Use of birth control is required during and after the study for both men and women who can have children.
