Clinical Trial to Evaluate the Safety and Immunogenicity of the V2 Apex-Directed Immunogens DV201P-RNA and DV202B1-RNA in Adult Participants Without HIV

Study testing new vaccines for adults without HIV.

Phase 1
Study Overview: This clinical trial is testing two new vaccines, DV201P-RNA and DV202B1-RNA, to check if they are safe and if they can help the body make special antibodies against HIV. These vaccines use a type of messenger RNA (mRNA), which is a set of instructions for cells to make proteins, and they are packed in tiny fat bubbles called lipid nanoparticles. Who Can Join: Adults between 18 and 55 years old who are not infected with HIV can join, as long as they are healthy and able to attend clinic visits. Participants should not be in another study or plan to become pregnant during the trial. Key Points:** 1. **Duration:** Participants must be available for follow-up through the entire trial period. 2. **Health Requirements:** Good general health is necessary, with specific limits on blood tests and blood pressure. 3. **Exclusions:** No participation if pregnant, breastfeeding, or with certain health problems like severe asthma or diabetes. The trial is a Phase 1 study, which means it is one of the first steps to see if these vaccines are safe for people.
