A Phase 1b/2a Study of Pocenbrodib as Monotherapy and in Combination With Darolutamide in Participants With mCRPC

Exploring Pocenbrodib alone or with Darolutamide for advanced prostate cancer.

Recruiting
18 years and older
Male
Phase 1/2

This study checks how safe and effective a drug called Pocenbrodib is for treating a type of advanced prostate cancer known as metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). The study has two parts: Phase 1b and Phase 2a. In Phase 1b, the study tries different doses of Pocenbrodib alone or with another drug, Darolutamide, to find the best dose. This phase has a safety check to make sure the combinations are safe. In Phase 2a, the study explores how well the combination of Pocenbrodib and Darolutamide works in patients who have tried other treatments.

  • The study involves multiple visits and requires participants to be at least 18 years old.
  • Participants should not have received certain treatments recently or have specific medical conditions.
  • The study provides a chance to try a new treatment before starting traditional chemotherapy.

Participants must have advanced prostate cancer confirmed by imaging and must have tried at least one other strong treatment for prostate cancer before joining. Those with certain types of liver disease or other serious conditions may not be eligible. Safety is closely monitored throughout the study.
