This Study Will Evaluate the Effectiveness of NTX-001, a Surgical Nerve Repair Product When Used in People With Upper Extremity Nerve Lacerations.

We’re testing NTX-001 for upper arm nerve injuries.

Phase 3

Study Purpose: This study looks at NTX-001, a product to help repair nerves in the arm. It is used with a common surgery called suture neurorrhaphy, which stitches severed nerves back together. NTX-001 is used to speed up the healing of nerves, which usually takes a long time and might not fully restore movement or feeling. This product can help connect more nerve fibers, possibly reducing nerve damage and helping people recover faster.

Eligibility: Participants must be 18-80 years old and have a specific type of nerve injury needing surgical treatment. Some people cannot join, such as those whose surgery is delayed beyond 48 hours after injury, or have certain health conditions or allergies.
  • Length of Study: Recovery can take months or years, but NTX-001 aims to shorten this time.
  • Number of Visits: Participants will need follow-up visits to check their recovery.
  • Risks: Not suitable for people with allergies to certain substances or specific health conditions.
