A Study of Xaluritamig Plus Abiraterone Versus Investigator's Choice in Participants With Chemotherapy-naïve Metastatic Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer

A trial comparing Xaluritamig plus Abiraterone to standard prostate cancer treatments.

Recruiting
18 years and older
Male
Phase 3

This study is for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread (metastatic) and is resistant to hormone therapy (castration-resistant). Researchers want to see if combining a new drug, Xaluritamig, with Abiraterone works better than other treatments like Docetaxel or Cabazitaxel. Participants must be at least 18 years old, have confirmed prostate cancer, and show disease progression. They must also have had previous treatments like orchiectomy (surgery to remove the testicles) or ongoing hormone therapy.

  • The study lasts for an unspecified duration and requires ongoing treatment and monitoring.
  • You cannot participate if you've had brain metastases or certain previous treatments.
  • Participants must have good overall health and organ function to join.

If you meet the requirements and join, you may receive new and potentially effective treatments for your cancer. However, you should also consider any risks and the commitment needed for regular study visits and treatment monitoring.
