Phase N/A

Parkinson's disease (PD) is a condition that affects the brain and gets worse over time. People with PD may experience tremors (shakes), stiffness, and slowness of movement. This study will look at how a drug called Foslevodopa/Foscarbidopa helps adults in Italy who have advanced PD. This drug is already approved for treating PD.

About 270 adults will take part in this study across 19 places in Italy. They will receive the drug through a small tube under their skin as their doctor has prescribed. The study will last up to 12 months, and participants will visit their hospital or clinic regularly, just like they usually do. There should be no extra tasks for those taking part. The study will also see how caregivers (if any) feel while helping participants.

  • Duration: Up to 12 months with regular visits.
  • Participation: No extra burden; normal hospital visits.
  • Eligibility: Must have advanced PD and already be prescribed the drug.
