Phase N/A

This study explores a new way to help people with Parkinson's disease (PD), which is a condition that affects how someone moves. The study uses a special type of exercise called "dynamic cycling" that can be done at home with a stationary bike. This bike is not like a regular one; it can be controlled from far away to change its speed and power. By doing this, the exercise is more personalized and can help improve movement better than a regular bike. The study will check how well this works compared to a normal bike by looking at how it affects movement and other symptoms over time. Participants will wear sensors to track their progress.

  • The study lasts for 6 months, with check-ins at 0, 3, and 6 months.
  • The exercise is done at home, making it easy and convenient.
  • Sensors will help track improvements and adjust the exercise for better results.
