This study looks at how two types of special brain and spine treatments help people with Parkinson's disease (PD) move better. Parkinson's disease is a condition that affects the brain and makes it hard to control movements. The study uses two techniques: trans-spinal magnetic stimulation (tsMS) and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS). *tsMS* is a way to give gentle magnetic pulses to the spine, and *rTMS* does the same for the brain. The study compares giving tsMS at two places on the spine: the neck (cervical) and the upper back (thoracic). People in the study will get 10 treatment sessions. The researchers want to see if this helps with walking speed, balance, and overall movement. The goal is to find the best spot on the spine to help people with PD move better.
- **10 treatment sessions** with magnetic therapy.
- Study aims to improve *walking and movement* in people with PD.
- Participants must be 40 or older and have a confirmed diagnosis of PD.
