This study looks at how playing table tennis might help people with Parkinson's Disease. Parkinson's Disease is a brain disorder that affects movement. In this study, one group will play table tennis, while another group will do cognitive training using board games. Cognitive training helps improve thinking and memory skills. Both groups will have sessions twice a week for 6 weeks.
The researchers will check how well people move and think before and after the study. They hope the table tennis group will have better movement after the study, but expect both groups to have similar improvements in thinking skills.
