Phase N/A

Parkinson's Disease (PD) is a common brain disorder that affects movement. The Chinese Parkinson's Disease Registry aims to create a database of PD patients in China to better understand the disease. This study involves observing different types of PD, identifying their unique features, and understanding their progression over time. Participants' information, such as medical history, lifestyle habits, and exposure to substances like pesticides, will be recorded. Regular assessments will include motor skills, non-motor symptoms, sleep quality, and mental health. Specialized scales, like the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) for motor assessment and Hoehn and Yahr scale for disease stage, will be used. DNA and brain scans will help identify genetic factors and rule out other conditions.

  • The study will last for at least 1 year with regular check-ups.
  • Participants must have a confirmed PD diagnosis.
  • The study will help improve understanding and treatment of PD in China.

Note: Before joining, ensure you can consent to participate.
