Parkinson's disease (PD) is a brain disorder that makes it hard to move. People with PD can feel very tired, and their muscles might not work as well over time. The study is testing a new way to help with these problems using transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS). tDCS is a safe and gentle treatment that uses a tiny, harmless electric current to help brain areas that control movement. The treatment will be for 20 minutes every day for 5 days with hopes to see if it helps for two weeks. This study is for people who have PD but not dementia or other serious health problems.
- The study lasts 5 days with daily sessions.
- Participants need to have Parkinson's disease but not other serious illnesses like stroke or heart failure.
- The main goal is to improve movement and reduce tiredness.
