Aleeto Study for Multiple System Atrophy (MSA)

Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) is a serious disease where parts of the brain break down over time. This study is testing a new treatment called Aleeto to help people with MSA. Aleeto is a special protein that might help fix nerve damage. The study will check if Aleeto is safe and if it can help patients feel better.

This study lasts for 90 days, with extra follow-ups for some patients until 360 days. Patients will have to visit the center for check-ups and tests like blood tests and brain scans (MRI). Only adults between ages 30 to 75 years with MSA can join. They need to be able to walk at least 10 meters, either alone or with help.

  • The study involves regular visits and detailed tests.
  • Participation includes monitoring for 3 months, with some visits extending to 1 year.
  • Participants will be closely checked for any side effects or new symptoms.

Before starting, all participants will sign a paper agreeing to join the study. This study is approved by the Ethics Committee of Beijing Tiantan Hospital.
