This study is for people with **Parkinson's disease** (a brain disorder causing shaking and movement problems) who have **freezing of gait** (where you suddenly stop walking and can't move your feet). The aim is to check if a medicine called **atomoxetine** can help. Atomoxetine is compared to a **placebo** (a fake treatment) to see if it reduces freezing of gait. Participants will visit a study center for tests, take medicine or placebo, do walking assessments, have brain scans (MRI), and answer questions about anxiety, stress, and their life quality.
- **Time Commitment**: The study requires visits to a research center for tests and assessments.
- **Participation Requirements**: You must be 18 or older, have Parkinson's with daily freezing of gait, and be on stable Parkinson's treatment.
- **Potential Risks**: Some medical conditions or medicines might prevent participation, so eligibility will be checked.
