Phase N/A
The study aims to see if **SKY Breath** (a breathwork and meditation practice) can help people with Parkinson's Disease (a brain disorder that affects movement) and their caregivers feel better physically and mentally. Participants will learn SKY Breath over 4 days (2.25 hours each morning) and practice it daily for 4 weeks. Surveys will be done before learning SKY, and at weeks 1, 4, and 8. These surveys will take about 20 minutes. **Key Points:** - **Duration & Sessions:** The study includes a 4-day learning phase, followed by 4 weeks of daily practice and weekly sessions. - **Evaluation:** Participants will be surveyed before and after the practice to measure stress and well-being. - **Requirements:** Individuals must be between 18-75 years, diagnosed with Parkinson's stages 1-3, and able to attend online sessions. The study hopes to reduce stress, which can worsen Parkinson's symptoms, and improve overall well-being. Caregivers will also benefit, as it aims to relieve their emotional and physical load. Participants need access to a device for online sessions and reliable transportation.
