Phase N/A

Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) is a rare disease that affects the brain and body, causing movement and balance problems. This study is looking at how MSA affects patients and their caregivers, and if a special team of doctors (multidisciplinary care) can help improve their lives.

Participants will visit a special MSA clinic once every four months. During these visits, they will answer questions about their health and how they feel both at home and at the clinic. These questions will help doctors understand the disease better.

**Key Points:**

  • Participants visit the clinic every 4 months and are in the study for up to 5 years.
  • Patients must be 18 or older, understand English, and not have dementia.
  • It's important to be willing to fill out questionnaires both online and on paper.

If you or your caregiver want to be part of this study, you need to be a patient at the UT Southwestern MSA clinic. This study could help doctors learn how to better care for people with MSA.
