This study explores a new way to help people with Parkinson's disease (PD) who have tremors. **Parkinson's disease** is a brain disorder that makes it hard to control movements, causing shaking or tremors. **Magnetic resonance-guided focused ultrasound thalamotomy (MRgFUSth)** is a treatment that uses sound waves to target and treat tremors without surgery. This study wants to see if MRgFUSth can keep tremors under control for up to two years. Participants will have tests to see how their brain chemicals work and will be checked regularly to see how well the treatment works. The study aims to improve understanding of why tremors come back and how to pick the best patients for this treatment.
- The study lasts for 24 months with several visits for assessments.
- Participants will receive MRgFUSth treatment.
- Safety and patient data are prioritized with strict monitoring and privacy measures.
