Parkinson's disease can cause breathing problems due to issues like camptocormia, which is when the spine bends too much, making it hard to breathe deeply. This study looks at how spinal mobilization (a therapy that moves the spine to help the diaphragm, the muscle that helps us breathe) and breathing exercises can help Parkinson's patients breathe better. The diaphragm is a muscle below the lungs that helps with breathing. The study will check if these methods can help improve lung function. The goal is to see if these methods can help improve lung function and posture. Participants need to have Parkinson's, be willing to join, and have a certain breathing difficulty score. Those with COVID-19, other specific conditions, or recent surgeries can't join.
- Participants must visit the study site for several sessions.
- There are no medications given, just physical therapy.
- Possible benefits include improved breathing and posture.
