Phase 3
This study is testing a new way to treat Parkinson's Disease (PD) using a medicine called **Lecigon®**. Lecigon® combines two ingredients: **Levodopa** (a drug that helps with movement problems in PD) and **Entacapone** (which helps Levodopa work better). The study will check if Lecigon® can help with certain symptoms that happen when the brain gets too much dopamine, a chemical important for movement and mood. **Key Points:** - The study lasts for 6 months. Participants will have regular check-ups to see how they're doing. - Participants must be between 18-75 years old and have had Parkinson's for at least 5 years. - Participants cannot be in other clinical trials or have certain health issues like severe depression. This study will compare Lecigon® to the best available treatments to see if it works better. Participants need to follow specific rules, like agreeing to use birth control if they're of childbearing age. This study might help improve treatments for Parkinson's Disease.
