Parkinson's Disease (PD) is a brain disorder that affects movement. This study looks at how genes (DNA) might change how people with PD think and behave. We want to see if having certain genes affects PD differently. Participants will have tests and fill out forms to help us learn more. These assessments will happen once a year for 5 years. We will compare people with gene changes to those without.
- Study Length: 5 years with yearly assessments.
- Eligibility: Must have PD and be taking certain medications, but not have had Deep Brain Stimulation.
- Assessment Type: Tests, questionnaires, and clinical scales.
