Phase 2

IMPACT 360 is a study for people with Parkinson's Disease (PD) or REM-Sleep Behavior Disorder (RBD). It looks at how exercise, mindfulness, and nutrition can improve health in areas like brain function, sleep, and physical fitness. PD affects movement and thinking, while RBD is a sleep disorder where people act out their dreams. The study will include 60 people aged 40 to 85, who will be randomly split into two groups: one starts right away, and the other waits 6 months before beginning. Everyone gets the same program eventually.

  • The study lasts 6 months, with regular health checks.
  • Participants need to use a smartphone and a computer for the study.
  • Excludes those with severe health issues or who do intense exercise already.

This study aims to see if lifestyle changes can help people with PD feel better and stay healthier. Participants will get a chance to try new activities and improve their well-being.
