Phase 1

This study is for people with Parkinson's Disease (PD) to test a new medicine called GT-02287. The main focus is to see how safe and comfortable it is for people to take. The study will also check how the medicine moves through the body, which is called pharmacokinetics, and if it has any helpful effects on the body, known as pharmacodynamics.

  • The study lasts for about 3 months, and participants will take the medicine every day.
  • Participants will visit the clinic several times, including before, during, and after taking the medicine.
  • You should be between 30 and 85 years old and meet certain health requirements to join.

Participants will start with a 30-day screening to see if they qualify. If eligible, they will take the medicine daily for 90 days and visit the clinic on the first day, after 2 weeks, and each month during the treatment. After treatment ends, a follow-up visit will occur 14 days later. This trial helps researchers understand the medicine's effects and safety for PD patients.
