Phase N/A

This study wants to see how exercise helps people with Parkinson's disease, a condition that affects movement. The study will last for 5 weeks. People in the study will be split into two groups. One group will do exercises twice a week for 50 minutes. The exercises include stretching, core exercises, and balance exercises. They'll measure posture, movement, and spine function before and after the study.

Researchers will check how the exercises affect pain, balance, and walking. They use tests like the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) to measure pain and the Mini-BEST to check balance. Walking speed is tested with the 10 m walk test. The Tinetti Mobility Test (TMT) looks at how well someone can walk. Quality of life is measured with the PDQ-8 questionnaire.

  • Study lasts 5 weeks with exercises twice a week.
  • Measures posture, balance, pain, and quality of life.
  • Participants must be stable and able to follow instructions.
