**Study on Parkinson's Disease Treatment**

This study tests if a special device using transcranial pulsed electromagnetic fields (T-PEMF), which sends gentle energy waves to the brain, helps people with Parkinson's Disease. Parkinson's is a nervous system disorder that affects movement. The study will last for 12 months, and participants will receive daily 30-minute sessions. For the first 6 months, some will get real T-PEMF treatment, and others will get a "sham" or fake treatment. The last 6 months, everyone gets the real treatment.

  • Time Commitment: Participate for 12 months with 30-minute daily sessions.
  • Visits: Testing will be done before starting, at 6 months, and at 12 months.
  • Eligibility: You need to have Parkinson's Disease, be in early stages (Hoehn & Yahr stage 1 or 2), and no other major health issues like epilepsy or severe mental disorders.

Researchers want to know if T-PEMF can slow disease progression and reduce the need for medications. Before joining, check the criteria and potential risks. Participation might offer new insights into managing Parkinson's Disease.
