Phase N/A
**Study Overview:** This study is about using *virtual reality (VR)* to help people with **Parkinson's disease (PD)** improve their balance. PD is a brain disorder that makes it hard for people to move smoothly, causing issues like shaking, slow movement, and trouble standing or walking. The study will check if a special VR program can help with these problems. **Key Points to Consider:** - The study will last 4 weeks, with sessions twice a week, each lasting 40 minutes. - Fifty participants will be divided into two groups: one will use VR and the other will have regular physical therapy. - Participants will need to be available for 8 sessions and must be able to stand without help. **Eligibility:** To join, you must be 55-90 years old, diagnosed with PD by a doctor, and able to stand on your own. You cannot have serious hearing or vision problems, or other conditions that make exercise difficult. The study will take place in Zaragoza, Spain, and participants will be closely monitored for any side effects. The goal is to see if VR can make living with PD easier by improving balance and mobility.
