This study looks at how people with Parkinson's Disease (PD) can use exercise to feel better and manage their symptoms. PD is a disorder that affects movement, balance, and daily activities. Exercise and physical therapy are important to help manage these symptoms. In this study, participants will use a web-based system to complete exercise programs at home for 8 weeks. This is called telerehabilitation, where healthcare is given over the internet. The study wants to see if people can improve their quality of life and exercise habits by managing their own exercise plans compared to a supervised program. Participants need to have been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, be able to walk a certain distance, and have the technology to join the online program. They will track their exercise progress and answer questions about their health and motivation before and after the study. The study will help understand if managing their own exercises is just as effective as having someone supervise them.
- Study lasts 8 weeks with exercises done at home.
- Participants need internet access for online check-ins.
- Participants will track their exercises in a diary.
