Phase N/A

This study looks at helping people with Parkinson's Disease using telerehabilitation, which means doing exercises with the help of a therapist over the internet. Parkinson's Disease is a condition that affects how you move, causing shaking and slow movements. It also affects thinking. The study will focus on dual-task training, which is doing two things at once, like walking while solving a math problem, to help with balance and walking.

Thirty people with Parkinson's will be split into three groups. Each group will do different exercises that combine balance exercises with thinking or movement activities. They will do these exercises three times a week for four weeks. A physiotherapist will guide them using Zoom, a video calling app.

Participants will have their walking, balance, and thinking checked before and after the study to see how well the training works. This research hopes to show that doing exercises online can be a good way to help people with Parkinson's Disease feel better and move more easily.

  • The study lasts for four weeks with exercises three times a week.
  • Participants work with a physiotherapist online using Zoom.
  • Evaluations are done before and after to measure improvement.
