This study is trying to find out if exercise can help with fatigue (feeling very tired) in people with Parkinson's Disease (PD). Parkinson's is a brain disorder that causes problems with movement and other symptoms. The study will last for 12 weeks and include adults over 40 who have been diagnosed with PD. Participants will be divided into two groups. One group will do aerobic exercise (like cycling or rowing) for 12 weeks, while the other group will wait and then do resistance exercise (like weightlifting) after a 24-week period. The study aims to see if aerobic exercise makes participants feel less tired.
- The study lasts for 12 weeks, with follow-up after 12 more weeks.
- Participants will do exercises 2-3 times a week.
- Those in the exercise group will do activities like cycling or rowing.
