Phase N/A

This study explores how different exercise routines help people with moderate Parkinson's Disease (PD). PD affects the brain and movement, causing symptoms like shaking and stiffness. The study tests two exercise plans: one with more exercise in a short time and another with regular exercise throughout the year. Researchers measure how fast participants walk, their activity levels, and changes in their blood and blood vessels due to exercise. The study lasts for one year with 52 weeks of exercise. Participants will either attend exercise classes twice a week or five times a week during certain periods.

  • The study takes one year with weekly or monthly exercise schedules.
  • Participants will be aged 40 or older with moderate PD.
  • Participants should not have serious heart issues or mental health problems.
