Parkinson's disease (PD) is a condition that affects the brain and causes symptoms like tremors, stiffness, and slow movements. In this study, researchers are looking at how a medication called Foslevodopa/Foscarbidopa affects sleep problems in people with advanced PD.

This medicine is already approved for treating Parkinson's. About 103 adults in Spain who already take this medicine will be part of the study. They will get the medicine through a small needle under the skin, as their doctor already prescribed.

Participants will be in the study for up to 12 weeks. They will have regular visits to the clinic or hospital, but these visits will be part of their usual care. There are no extra tasks or burdens for participants.

  • Study lasts up to 12 weeks with regular clinic visits.
  • No extra responsibilities beyond regular treatment.
  • Participants are already prescribed the medication by their doctors.
