Freezing-of-Gait (FoG) is a problem where someone with Parkinson Disease (PD) feels like their feet are stuck to the floor, making it hard to walk. It happens to many people with severe PD and can cause falls and other injuries. This study tests a wearable robot to help prevent FoG. The robot is like special clothing that gives a gentle push to help people walk better without thinking too hard about it. The study will see if this helps people walk longer and prevents freezing.
- Participants will have 9 visits to test the robot over different conditions.
- They must be 18-90 years old and able to walk 20 meters.
- People with more than 2 falls in the last month might not be able to join.
