Phase N/A

**Study Overview:** This study is exploring how a natural compound called *glucoraphanin* (GRA), found in certain plants, can help treat brain diseases like multiple sclerosis (MS) and Parkinson's disease (PD). When GRA is mixed with an enzyme called *myrosinase*, it turns into a helpful substance called *isothiocyanate* (ITC), which may protect the brain and reduce inflammation.

**Key Points:**

  • **Study Length:** This study will last for 6 months.
  • **Age Range:** Adult MS participants must be 18+; PD participants must be 45-75; children should be 1-10 years old.
  • **Exclusion:** People who are pregnant, lactating, or have certain health issues cannot join.

**Eligibility:** Adults with stable symptoms and specific criteria can join, while children must be stable and not in other trials. Participants cannot change their medications during the study. Plus, they need to complete all tests and give written consent. This study aims to see how well bioactivated GRA works in protecting the brain using clinical evaluations and advanced scientific methods.
