This study explores new ways to use a Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) device called Percept PC to help people with Parkinson's Disease (PD). PD is a brain disorder that causes shaky movements, stiffness, and slow motions. The DBS device sends tiny electrical signals to the brain to help control these symptoms. In this study, doctors want to test different patterns of signals to see if they work better with fewer side effects. They're using a special feature called BrainSense that allows the device to record brain signals while it works. This study involves 15 people who already have the Percept PC device and are comfortable with it. The research will take place at several clinics and labs.
- The study is for people already using the Medtronic Percept PC device.
- Participants will receive a new type of stimulation but will return to their regular setting after the study.
- All procedures follow safety guidelines to ensure participant well-being.
