Phase N/A

Parkinson's disease (PD) affects the brain and worsens over time. It causes shaking, stiffness, and slow movement. This study checks how well the drug ABBV-951 works for adults with advanced PD. ABBV-951 is already approved for PD treatment. 450 adults will join the main study, some new to the drug and some who have used it before. In a smaller sub-study, 40 people will start the drug for the first time. Participants will get the drug through a small tube under the skin for about 3 years. They must visit the clinic regularly for check-ups and fill out surveys.

  • Study lasts about 3 years with regular clinic visits.
  • Participants will receive ABBV-951 through a subcutaneous infusion.
  • Eligibility depends on the doctor's assessment and previous experience with ABBV-951.
