This study looks at using a method called **spinal cord transcutaneous stimulation (scTS)** to help people with **Parkinson's Disease (PD)** walk better. PD is a disease that affects the brain and can make it hard to move. Sometimes, medicines and certain brain treatments don't help with walking problems. **scTS** is a way to send small electrical signals to the nerves in your back without surgery, which might help people walk better. This study will test if scTS can improve walking and balance in people with PD. It will also see if combining scTS with exercises can make it more effective.
- **Duration**: The study lasts 9-12 months with multiple sessions.
- **Sessions**: Participants will attend sessions 3 times a week.
- **Compensation**: Not mentioned in the study details.
