This study is comparing two types of therapy for people with Parkinson's disease (**PD**), a condition that affects movement. One group will do regular physiotherapy, while the other group will try exercises at home using a computer and internet, called telerehabilitation. The study aims to see if this home-based method is effective and if people like it.
Participants must be adults with early-stage PD, meaning they have mild symptoms. They should be able to use the internet at home and have space for equipment. They also need to understand and agree to the study rules. People with other serious health issues or different types of Parkinson's cannot join.
- This study involves home exercises using the internet or regular physiotherapy.
- Participants must have early-stage PD and be able to use a computer at home.
- Participants will help test if home exercises are a good option for PD therapy.
The study will track how well people do these exercises, how it affects their quality of life, and their symptoms over time. This is a pilot study, which means it's a small, early test to see if the new method is worth exploring further.
