Phase N/A
**Study Overview:** This study focuses on how different types of exercise can help people with Parkinson's Disease (PD) sleep better. PD is a disease that affects movement and can cause sleep problems. Three types of exercises are being tested: *cardiovascular training* (CT), *resistance training* (RT), and *multimodal training* (MT, which combines both types). Participants will exercise three times a week for 12 weeks. Sleep quality will be measured to see if exercise helps improve it and other aspects of life. **Key Points:** - **Duration and Schedule:** Participants will engage in a 12-week program, exercising three times a week. - **Eligibility:** People with mild to moderate PD and sleep issues can join. They must not have other severe conditions or be part of another exercise or drug trial. - **Compensation and Risks:** Results will help design better exercise programs, but missing sessions or not completing the study could lead to exclusion. In this study, special tests will check how well people sleep and how they feel overall. The goal is to find the best exercise plan for improving sleep and life quality without using medication.
