This study is testing a new medicine called IPX203 (Crexont®) for people with Parkinson's Disease. Parkinson's is a condition that affects movement. IPX203 is a special kind of levodopa, which is a common medicine for Parkinson's. It lasts longer and helps people feel better for a longer time. The study uses a wearable device, like a watch, called KinesiaU to check how well IPX203 works. It measures 'good on time', which is when symptoms are well-controlled, and there are no bothersome movements called dyskinesias. This study wants to see how much 'good on time' people have and how they adjust to the new medicine. Participants need to be 40 years or older and already using levodopa.
- Study involves wearing a wrist device to track symptoms.
- Participants must not have severe movement problems.
- You must not be in another clinical trial.
