Phase N/A

This study is trying to find signs that help predict the start and worsening of Parkinson's Disease (PD), a condition affecting movement and brain functions. It's for patients already diagnosed with PD, people at risk, and healthy individuals. Over four years, participants will have yearly check-ups, including tests on how well they move, think, and sleep. They'll also have special images taken of their brains and will give samples like blood and a little bit of skin. The goal is to help create new treatments for PD in the future.

  • Commitment: It's a four-year study with yearly visits.
  • Tests & Samples: Includes brain images, blood samples, and more.
  • Eligibility: Open to anyone 18+, including those with PD, at risk, or healthy.

Participants can't have certain mental health issues or be unable to understand the study. If you have PD, certain drugs or conditions might exclude you. This study aims to improve future PD treatments by finding early-warning signs.
