The study aims to detect Internal Tremors in people with Parkinson's Disease (PD) using special sensors called inertial sensors. These tremors are shaky feelings inside the body that some people feel before PD fully develops. We’ll compare these with healthy people to see if it’s specific to PD. Accelerometers, which measure movement, will help us find these tremors. Participants will include those with idiopathic (common) Parkinson's and healthy volunteers.
- The study is open to people who can walk and stand alone, and is conducted in two groups: PD patients and healthy controls.
- Participants will undergo evaluations using sensors in a controlled environment.
- Some people are not eligible, like those with atypical Parkinson's, pregnant individuals, or those with other neurological conditions.
