**Study Summary:**
This study is about exploring how a special treatment called Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM) can help people with Parkinson's Disease (PD) feel better. Parkinson's Disease is a condition that often causes people to shake, feel stiff, and have trouble moving. The study will look at how OMM affects muscles in the legs, how well they move, and how people walk.
**Key Points:**
- **Participation:** You will need to visit the NYIT Academic Health Care Center once.
- **Testing:** Your muscle tightness and how you walk will be checked using special tools.
- **Feedback:** A short phone survey will be conducted one week after the visit.
During the visit, you'll be assigned to either a group that gets the real treatment or a group that gets a pretend treatment. Both groups will have tests done, like walking on a treadmill and checking how far your joints can move. The main goal is to see if OMM can make living with Parkinson's easier by improving how your muscles work and how you move. This research might show that OMM can be a helpful extra treatment for Parkinson’s patients.
