This study looks at how new therapies, Motor Imagery (MI) and Action Observation (AO), can help people with Parkinson's Disease (PD). PD is a disease that affects the brain and gets worse over time, causing problems with movement like gait disorders (trouble walking) and balance problems. AO and MI use the brain's mirror neurons, which help us learn by watching or imagining actions. This study wants to see if adding AO and MI to usual treatments can improve balance, functional status (how well you can do daily activities), and quality of life for those with PD.
- Participants must have PD and be in Hoehn and Yahr Stage 1-3, meaning early to mid-stage of the disease.
- This study is not suitable for those with severe hearing or vision problems, or other medical conditions that affect movement.
- The trial will test if new therapies can provide additional benefits alongside regular rehabilitation programs.
