This study looks at how special exercises can help people with Parkinson's Disease (PD). High-speed bodyweight resistance training means doing exercises quickly using only your body weight, without extra weights. This study will see if doing these exercises at home can help reduce bradykinesia, which is when people move slowly because of PD. The study will also check if these exercises can make it easier to move, make muscles stronger, help with balance, and make life better for people with PD. People in the study will do these exercises at home with help from a physiotherapist, three times a week for 12 weeks.
- Participants will need to exercise at home for 60 minutes, three times a week, for 12 weeks.
- The study is open to people with PD who are 50 years or older and not very active.
- Participants need to have internet access and someone to help them during sessions if needed.
