**Adapting rHIRE and Sleep Monitoring in Parkinson's Disease**

This study looks at how remote exercise can help people with Parkinson's Disease (PD). Exercise is important for helping with PD symptoms, but some people have trouble getting to exercise places because of travel, moving around, or money issues. So, doing exercises at home might be a good solution.

The study will use a type of exercise called high-intensity resistance exercise, which has been shown to help people with PD sleep better. The goal is to see if people can do these exercises at home safely and if a special headband can help track their sleep.

To join, participants must be living in Colorado, have a PD diagnosis, and have internet and a video-capable device. They shouldn't have serious heart or lung issues or be part of other PD exercise programs over three days a week.

  • This study will be conducted remotely, from participants’ homes.
  • Participants will use a special headband to monitor sleep.
  • Feedback will be gathered to improve future trials.
