This study is looking at a new treatment called TB006 for people with Parkinson's Disease (PD). Parkinson's is a condition that affects the brain and causes difficulty with movement. This study will test if TB006 helps improve motor function (like moving your arms and legs) and if it's safe for people to use. To join, people should have had Parkinson's for less than 5 years and have mild symptoms. They must also not have active cancer, severe mental health issues, or allergies to certain treatments. People who are pregnant or breastfeeding cannot join. Participants will be checked for illegal drugs and must agree to avoid cannabis and alcohol effects during visits.
- Study involves multiple visits to the clinic.
- Participants may receive compensation for their time.
- Potential risks include reactions to the treatment.
