Phase N/A

This study is watching how Parkinson's disease (PD) changes over time. Parkinson's affects the brain, leading to movement issues like shaking, slow movement, and trouble walking. Even with medicine, some people still have symptoms. This study won't change the participants' treatment; it just collects data to understand PD better. The study will look at patients' backgrounds, medical history, medicines, symptoms, and care costs. Researchers will gather information using questionnaires, medical records, and samples. The study runs from December 2025 to December 2032, and each person can be observed for up to 5 years.

  • Study lasts up to 5 years per participant.
  • No new treatments; collects info only.
  • Visits involve questionnaires and sample collection.
